Motorsport Park Manager (the full game and the demo) by Boosted Bytes LLC
Effective October 1, 2026

The short version

  • The game has no analytics or telemetry and sends nothing to us while you play.
  • If you use Report a bug, the report is saved on your computer. It is not uploaded. If you want us to see it, you can email it to us.
  • We do not collect your name, Steam account, email, location or device IDs.
  • We do not sell data, show ads or share data with anyone for marketing.

Who we are

Motorsport Park Manager is made by Boosted Bytes LLC ("we", "us"). You can contact us about anything in this policy at [email protected].

1. Bug reports (saved on your computer)

You can open Report a bug from the pause menu. When you press Send report, the game saves one zip file in Documents\My Games\Motorsports Park Manager\Reports. It contains:

The current version of the game does not upload these reports. They stay in that folder until you delete them. If you want us to look at one, attach the zip to an email to [email protected]; you can open it first to see exactly what it contains.

If a later version adds uploading, we will update this page before that version ships, and it will still only send a report when you choose to.

2. After a crash

While the game is running it keeps a small marker file on your computer that contains only the time the game started. When the game closes normally, the file is deleted. If the game finds the file the next time it starts, the previous session did not close properly, and the main menu offers to open the bug report window. Nothing is created or sent unless you continue from there.

3. Emails you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you send, including any report file you attach. We use it only to reply and to fix the problem, and we delete bug report emails within one year.

4. Your choices and rights

5. What stays on your computer

These are stored only on your device:

6. Steam

If you buy or play through Steam, Valve handles your purchase, account and playtime under the Steam Privacy Policy. The game does not send your Steam name or ID to us.

7. What we don't do

8. This website

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which, like any web host, receives your IP address to deliver the pages to you.

Some pages show a Steam store widget. It is loaded from Valve's servers, so Valve receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under the Steam Privacy Policy.

Trailers are YouTube videos in privacy-enhanced mode. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play; after that, Google's Privacy Policy applies.

9. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has emailed us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change what the game collects, we will update this page and its effective date before the change ships.
